Day for Peace - Casa das Rosas - São Paulo

Restaurant ad Day for Peace


The idea was to promote a Day for Peace with exibition of different forms of arts and Words of Peace videos.


Since the previous day, posters announcing the event were set in the windows of local retails and restaurants.

From early morning, the rooms were crowded by students in supervised visits. The teachers took the students to watch videos and participate in performances with the artists.

 The exhibition of paintings was a success.





Over lunch, while poetry was recited, musicians played and sang.

At 5 pm, following poetry, musicians play, sing while dancers dance to the rhythm of peace.

   Mobile TV is installed and works at Paulista Avenue facing garden.

Throughout the day, tourists who only spoke English were happily enjoyed the event. One american photographer gently took pictures for the event.

Public watching the Shows

To honor the Day of Peace, many visitors who constantly pass through the garden of the Casa das Rosas visited the museum for the first time.

    At 20h, Group of dance begins its presentation of dance combining all in one motion.

All expressed congratulations on the event. The event at the House of the Roses was a success.



Congratulations to all participants and 19 volunteers responsible for the event.


To have a full house on all 65 000 invitations were sent by email, including Catholic University Studants as a follow -up for the event happened last February.

The support of Facebook, Blogs, Orkut and Twitter has been instrumental in disseminating more than 10 000 people

The minimum estimate of people impacted site was 3600 persons. The number of people who watched the videos was at least 165 people.

Over 100 DVDs with the Words of Peace program were distributed.

Also delivered were: information cards - 1600 and Forms - 200
